How to Deal with Andrew in Old Posts

As a practice, Gert’s Royals uses the title the royal held at the time of the event being described. (e.g. Prince Charles before his reign, King Charles during reign). For posts cover events before October 30th, 2025, Andrew is usually listed as Prince Andrew. If you do not wish to see Andrew referred to by his old title, you can use this toggle.

References to Andrew before Oct 30th, 2025

Nursing Now Campaign

Nursing Now was a 3-year international campaign to raising the profile and status of nursing worldwide. The campaign was officially launched in February 2018 by Princess Kate*.

The campaign was created as a result of the 2016 Triple Impact report. The report found that empowering nurses would help to improve health globally, gender equality and build stronger economies.

The campaign was being run by the Burdett Trust for Nursing, in collaboration with the International Council of Nurses and the World Health Organization.
