Nigeria State Visit to UK (March 2026)

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, accompanied by the First Lady, Mrs. Oluremi Tinubu, will pay a State Visit to the United Kingdom in March 2026.

Tuesday, March 17th

• Arrive in the United Kingdom at London Stansted Airport and received by Mr. Mark Bevan, Deputy Lieutenant of Essex, on behalf of the King and by Ambassador Mohammed Maidugu, Acting High Commissioner, Nigerian High Commission.

Wednesday 18th

• Official Welcome at Fairmount Hotel Windosr

  • Royal salute is fired in the Home Park in Windsor, and at the Tower of London.
  • Carriage procession to Windsor Castle.
